My heart rate is just as strong as I had it last at the gym, dare I say possibly even stronger? I did take it easy on myself and I am really surprised at my results! My intensity is still there as well as my drive to push. It is really inspiring to see myself being able to keep a pretty good pace without exhausting the hell out of myself.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Crossramp Machine<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Duration: 25 minutes + 5 minute cooldown<\/li>\n<li>Crossramp level 6<\/li>\n<li>Resistance (workout\/cooldown): 6\/5<\/li>\n<li>Total caloric burn: 313 calories<\/li>\n<li>Distance: 2.67 miles<\/li>\n<li>Average heart rate: 165 beats per minute<\/li>\n<li>Maximum heart rate: 185 beats per minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>Torso Rotation<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 reps<\/li>\n<li>2 sets<\/li>\n<li>30 lbs resistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>Butterfly Machine &#8211; Rear Deltoid form<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 reps<\/li>\n<li>2 sets<\/li>\n<li>60 lbs resistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>Abdominal Machine<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 reps<\/li>\n<li>3 sets<\/li>\n<li>50 lbs resistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u><strong>Ab Crunch Bench<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>105 degree angle<\/li>\n<li>15 reps<\/li>\n<li>3 sets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On top of that all&#8230; I have also decided to hit up Vitamin Shoppe in West Plano to pick up some of my supplements and begin my hardcore regimen. I ended up picking up a 16oz jar of L-Glutamine powder and a 2 lbs Crea-Tech Extreme from Vitamin Shoppe&#8217;s BodyTech brand. My protein powder jar is running a bit low, so I will have to pick up a new jar soon. I have called up Ultimate Sports Nutrition out in Frisco about getting in some Activate Xtreme so I may swing by and get a bottle and watch myself amp up again. I am still in debate about the nitric oxide and a thermogenic, but probably may not go that route&#8230; Due to the loading dose recommendation on the Crea-Tech Xtreme, I will wait until next week when I can go seriously hardcore with the 5 day loading dosage and from there do my maintenance dosing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/15830831@N07\/2343429306\/\" title=\"Powders and Supplements!\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/static.flickr.com\/3278\/2343429306_00b9af3fe0_d.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To add a mix to things&#8230; I will also be logging my meals and snacks just so I can keep rough track of how many calories I take in for accountability . This is so I can try to stick with my goal intake of about 1,500 &#8211; 1,750 calories, as some of the BMI calculators online seem to say that 133 lbs is where I need to be for lean muscle.
